Terms of Service

STOKIO ("the Service") is a financial-market intelligence, research, charting, technical and fundamental analysis, backtesting, paper-trading, portfolio-tracking and trading-journal platform. It is decision-support software.

The Service is not a broker, exchange, custodian, clearing member or payment institution. It does not execute real-money orders, does not hold client funds or securities, and is not registered as a broker or investment adviser. Paper trading uses simulated capital and simulated fills.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides data, analysis, research and educational material. It does not provide personalised investment advice and does not tell you what to buy or sell.

Signals, scores and analyses are structured observations computed from historical and current data. They are not recommendations, guarantees of future performance, or offers to transact. All financial decisions are yours alone.

Market data, fundamentals, news and indicators shown in the Service depend on third-party providers, licensing and import processes. Data states (LIVE, DELAYED, HISTORICAL, DEMO, UNAVAILABLE) are labelled visibly. The Service never fabricates prices or financials.

We do not guarantee that any data is complete, accurate or timely. Delays, gaps and errors in third-party data are possible.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the operator immediately of suspected unauthorised use. The Service stores only the information required for the platform to function.

You must not scrape, redistribute or resell licensed market data in breach of the applicable data licence, use the Service for real-money trading execution, attempt to breach security, or use the Service unlawfully. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are described in the Subscription Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sale happens under whichever app is live; the Service itself is not a marketplace.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, the law, or a data licence. On termination you may export your own data as provided by the platform and request account deletion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using the Service. Markets involve risk of loss up to and including loss of your entire capital.

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
